Very professional. They were able to get stains out that no one else has been able to. The carpets looks great and smelled fresh and clean. By the time they left the carpet was pretty much already dried.

This is the second time Dirty Paws/Premier has cleaned and done a pet odor removal on our carpet and we have been very happy with the results. The odor problem was solved on the first visit about 1 year ago but we had a foster dog recently and she was obviously peeing on the front room carpet without us knowing. When I noticed the smell, they were the only ones I thought about calling since it worked last time. Pet odors are a whole different game since most companies do not guarantee odor removal but Dirty Paws does and will come back if needed. Highly recommend!!

Mathew with Dirty Paws did a great job. I will hire him for cleaning of large area rugs and full basement cleaning in the spring. He made it a pleasant experience. Its somewhat distressing to have things moved and disrupted, however Matthew was do helpful and willing to help. Thank you for providing a great service at a great price!!
