Our services extend beyond standard bid then build projects. Often times, our clients turn to us for our preliminary and conceptual estimates to help lead the way to future construction. Our team works in unison with the architect and owner to seek out their needs and provide accurate and reliable cost estimates for their project.
E. E. Reed Construction was founded in 1976 by Gene Reed, a respected member of the Houston Texas construction community. The Mid-Atlantic Division of the Company is located in Herndon, Virginia and has been working in the D.C. Metropolitan area since 1987. In 1996, a newly created Limited Liability Company, E. E. Reed Construction, L.C., assumed control of all previous E. E. Reed Construction Company operations in Houston and the East Coast.

The process begins by providing competitive, accurate costs and is realized through timely delivery of a quality project.
Doug has 28 years in the Construction industry, 24 of which have been with E.E. Reed Construction, L.P. Doug understands that it is the people that make E.E. Reed successful. He has worked hard to assemble a team that embodies the core values: Reliability, Integrity and Trust. Eric has a B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters In Architecture from the University of Tennessee.
