I've worked with API as a vendor for many years. Never had an issue. Granted I do not work there but in my experience the USA is a free country. If you are unhappy...quit.
For the person who worked there a long time ago and decided to post recently about their experience , you sound like a miserable human. Every review you have written has been negative. If every job or experience that you have is that bad...maybe you are the common factor. Just saying...Look WITHIN YOURSELF.

In response to Pacific Plus I understand the frustration; however, it was the freight company that damaged the material. Your company was paid for the damages. Granted it was not what you wanted; however, you were paid by the freight carrier which means the freight company is taking responsibility. It was damaged when it arrived at our facility.
If we were so horrible you would not have continued to sell to us. We always paid for material that was non defective. We provided 30+ pictures of the crate and the material that proved damages and we were expected to pay for the difference the freight

We supplied API with titanium gold stainless steel sheets for storefront pojects such as Kate Spade and Tory Burch.
Last October, API signs proof of deivery on goods they ordered. Days later, API claims the materal had conceal damaged and requested replacement material ASAP. Replacement material was shipped without delay. As a supplier we went through 3-4 months of filing a freight claim for damaged goods. Freight company finally partially paid for 1/3 of the claim. They stated API signed for the goods as received in good condition and therefore they are not liable for further damages. I contacted
