We are driven by change to be better, to create inspiring & quality products and to be responsive to our industry and customers. This is our story. Unity General Distributors (u-design) was founded in 1980 in Miami Florida with the goal of bringing European products to the US market.

With our focus on this modern and technologically advances in melamine panels and finishes in 2010 we expanded from distribution to manufacturing. We diversified our product lines and began exploring new market channels, expanding to manufacturing of cabinet boxes, doors and closet systems. Using state of the art cutting and edge banding technologies and offering different formats in slab doors and shaker doors.
