A rock from their dump truck hit my brand new car. I was given the office information by the driver. I called and was assured Katie would call me back. I never received a call that day. When I called back, I was advised she was out for the day, but would call me on Monday. Monday came and went and no call. I called back today and Katie actually answered the phone. She was incredibly rude and actually laughed when I told her this was a brand new car. When I asked who else I could speak with, as she obviously was nit going to help me . She’ said you can talk to my husband and again laughed. I hung

Idk about there performance but one of thier employees was driving like a maniac in colonial heights today almost hit us twice plate ending in 669 i would call if i didnt think it was just one person we had a 1 year old and a 2 year old in the car you need to watch how your driving on these roads that have rules and speed limits for a reason might i add we had the right away since we were the ones at the light thank you
