This place is a joke! Especially the extremely rude women who answers the phone ! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR MONEY!! This company put carpet in my house and did not lay it correctly (it was not stretched properly) on the initial installment. I was told by the individuals who came to my home and FINALLY stretched it properly, that the costs would be covered under warranty. Well, apparently the carpet is only warranted for 2 years! I am being charged $350 bucks to pay for THIER MISTAKE!! Horrible customer service. I will be telling everyone I know to not use their services!! DISGRACEFUL
