The Kia Seltos has spacious, comfortable seating for five. Your tall passengers will even have enough head- and legroom in the second row. As always, I received great service & Terrell was awesome. I asked if additional things could be done , like cleaning the inside of my windshield & vacuuming & he made it happen.

We were on the last day of our vacation when the lift gate latch broke on our 2018 Kia Sorento. We pulled into the Kia dealership late in the afternoon hoping for a miracle that it could be
fixed before driving back home the next morning. Within minutes the service manager had our car in the shop. Told us it was covered under warranty and the part was in stock. An hour later it was completely repaired and ready. The crazy part is, an hour after that we left with a 2022 Kia Telluride. Made us an offer we just couldn’t refuse.

I had repairs performed on my Kia Soul. Alan, my service agent was super awesome. Kept me updated, went the extra mile to ensure all went smoothly. Very personable and knowledgeable!
However due to difficulties with getting parts in a timely manner (supply chain issues I suppose), the repairs took a while to complete.
The staff and service.. great! Getting the parts.. not so much!

The service people are totally amazing. I have dealt with Erica and Dominic and both were so polite, kind and very helpful. Even though I purchased my car from a different dealership and have free oil changes there, I will be coming here instead. These people are top notch professional with a great customer service. We took our car here after receiving a voicemail inviting us for a complimentary service. After engaging in an argument with the front desk person, we paid for services. Only to wait for over two hours for an oil change when we had an appointment. Getting up to check the status on our car, my husband kept asking only to find employees playing on their phones and informing him to go on to another person to ask. After over 2 hours, he went to the back where our car was sitting only to find two young individuals inside playing on their phones and goofing off under the guise that they were wiping down

I was helping my elderly mother who lives in Leesburg. Her battery died on her 2016 Kia so I called several places to get it replaced. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Kia had the best price on batteries. Because of Covid, I was told that they were understaffed so I may have to wait a bit while the battery was replaced. I talked with Will in the service department and he was very helpful. He gave a window of time that it would be ready. I explained that I needed the car later that day to pick up a relative from the airport. The car was done several hours before the promised time

What started on a happy note ended dismally. We saw an internet price of $19,000 on a 2021 Kia Soul. We negotiated what we thought was our best deal at that price. They kept telling us of all the extras we were getting but never mentioned they were charging us for each one. The final cost of the car went from $19,000 to $29,000.

READ and question each and every line item. They know what they are doing even if you do not. They took us for a ride with all of the additions but no price was mentioned for each add on. We called back to complain and was told once we drove the car off the lot it was

Welp....leave it to a car salesman to bring out the Karen in ya. This isn't the first time I've had bad service but it is the first time I've decided to Yelp it. Their promise to negotiate is false. If they won't even begin to talk numbers with you over the phone don't waste your time.

Love my Sorento, but the service I have received here has been sub par. And forget about it if you want to see masks on employees. They don't ask their employees to protect customers. Last car I buy here.

Traded in my 2012 Kia Soul for a 2021 model. Yes, they are helpful, polite but, be a wise consumer, read all the paperwork, line by line.

An accident? On purpose? Will never know but the price from the dealer sticker (the one with all the add-ons and final price) did not match the breakdown invoice. I did return with plenty questions. Mr. Pereira listened to my concern, figured out what happened and the situation was resolved favorably. I will chuck it to the place being super busy when we were there, hitting the wrong key, stuff happens, and enjoy my new Kia while again thanking Mr. Pereira

The idiot light on the 2017 Sorento alerted that the low beam, right light needed changed. Drove into Bill Bryan Kia for service (bought first Kia in 2017 to promote domestic tranquility and have been very satisfied with the vehicle and subsequent service)...HOWEVER...I explained to the tech (name withheld as I am sure he was just doing his job) that greeted me that the noted low beam light needed changed...he mumbled something to the effect of 'diagnostic' and he would take care of it...90 minutes later he reveals that, yes the bulb is burned out and needs replaced to the tune of $99

Sad to say my Kia Optima will be the last Kia I own! My ongoing experience with Bill Bryan Kia has ensured that. I have a 2016 Kia Optima that has been in and out for issues with oil consumption. Ultimately after numerous visits and hours of sitting and waiting I went in for what was supposed to be my last check on the test and an oil change. Turns out there was no oil in my car and the light never came on so it failed the test but I had to wait all day while more test were run until finally it was time to close so I was given a rental car because the engine was going to need to be

Bill Bryan Kia does an excellent job when it comes to helping on decide on the next ride. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Their showroom is always very cleaning and Shining showing pride and their job. Love coming here for the family feel and don't feel like I'm just another customer passing through. Wasted 1 hr and half drive after I told them about my car fax trade in send the vin number to get more accurate numbers pull my credit explained to them every single detail so i dint waste my time , but sure enough they wasted my time and gave me way different numbers than they showed me .. beware they will tell you anything to get you in there and switch everything.. I feel I was catfished.. No more honest dealers around

My first visit to Bill Bryan Kia and Leslie has renewed my faith in Kia's Service Center. Leslie was vigorous & cheerful to deal with. She went above and beyond from the morning call to review the written instructions, I had left in the overnight box and continued with follow up calls during service. So far I have to agree with the other one star reviews... They weren't rude or anything of that nature but they so far have not really try to negotiate at all but rather tried to strong-arm me into accepting the first price they gave me... After walking out I received the call 2 days later and a text the next day.
I am posting this review and I have already posted a review on Google maps and so far they still have not done anything to truly negotiate just trying to strong-arm me into accepting their highball offer!

I started off at a dealership next door and unhappy with their service I went to Kia at someone's recommendation. From the moment I walked in, Jaime gave me a hassle free experience. WORST!!!!! Not only did they change their pricing on us but they didn't honor our TruCar price. Reported to TruCar and they opened an investigation. Beware! They do not listen to you, they do not care about the customer, the GM has to sign off on any discounts, they don't honor pricing, shady and terrible. Got four better deals from other dealers. So happy with my new car from Deland Kia, we closed a deal in 30 min via email and had the car in an hour and a half at Deland Kia. Bill Bryan Kia Worst Car Experience EVER!!!

The worst Internet buying experience. They do not like knowledgeable customers. Well , when I say they, it means the Internet manager Mr. Dale Rhone and he is absolute disaster for the brand of KIA. And I own another KIA and I love it. This time, I tried to lease another one from Bill Bryan Kia and the negotiations went nowhere because of the Internet manger who thinks the customers are dumb. He is not very polite, never calls you by name and he can abruptly interrupt an email conversation with a salesperson without any hesitation. He is not helping the dealership to be successful. I don't
