Air conditioners may look similar, but their Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER) can vary widely. Higher SEER numbers save more money spent on electricity. Even though 13 SEER is the minimum efficiency available, we currently offer a line of air conditioners that start at 13 SEER and go all the way up to a 21 SEER.

Indicated as a percentage, your furnace's AFUE tells you how much energy is being converted to heat. For example, an AFUE of 90 means that 90% of the fuel is being used to warm your home, while the other 10% escapes as exhaust with the combustion gases. Love this company and all of their staff! All of them are amazing, and Seth is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is up and running properly. I will absolutely always call them for any furnace/air needs. They are always prompt, professional and are very knowledgeable and confident in what they do. Every time I call they are always there to help and are very nice to work with. Highly recommend!

We called this morning about our AC not working, because we had two people from other companies no-show this week who were supposed to come look at it. Dave Roush's company sent someone out, a technician named Seth, to our house within 30 minutes of us calling. He checked everything out, and found out that we had an airflow problem, which is something no one else we've had come out in the last 2 weeks ever checked out or told us about. They've all just said, "you need to replace the whole unit," or "you're low on freon" and left. So he took the unit apart inside and cleaned the whole thing, which

This company is the DEFINITION of family owned! The service is out of this world. I've used their services twice this year, both times they went above and beyond for my family to make sure we were taken care of. Seth is extremely educated on his craft and is happy to explain things to you so you understand what is going on as well. Mr. Roush went out of his way to check on our problems and make sure we were okay until they could get out to us (he called us at 830pm when he could have waited until the next day). Your furnace never goes out in the summer. Well, mine started acting up a couple of days ago. I called Dave Roush early yesterday. Seth was able to get to my house in the afternoon. After looking at the problem, we both agreed the furnace needs replaced; but, being the bust season, they wouldn't be able to do the work until the weather warms up. Seth said he would repair it as best he could until then. He got it running again. I paid him (a very reasonable price), and he left. I ran up to the store and by the time I got back home the furnace had stopped working again. I called Seth and he came

Seth arrived actually a little early for our appointment to service our boiler and furnace. He was friendly and professional. I told him what we needed, and he got right to the job.
