We entered into a contract with Jim March 2021 and we’re told that the vanity cabinet would take about 5 weeks to receive. We had a separate contract with a plumber to do some work prior to Jim starting. 4/29/21 Jim’s crew started their work. We were hoping that by the time the demo and re-tile was complete that our vanity would be in, but no. Then we are told 10-12 weeks, nothing. Finally in August I called to see what can be done about getting a vanity cabinet. Jim came by with a similar color option that he said would arrive in 1-2 weeks. We approved the change, very excited of the prospect

We made an appointment for a bathroom renovation consultation. Two hours before the appointment we got a call from a young woman who said the sales consultant was ill and we needed to reschedule. We agreed on a Friday and he showed up unannounced the day before. He spent an hour in our bathroom taking measurements and asking questions. He promised us he’d email a proposal in a few days. That was several weeks and we haven’t heard anything back. Nothing! It’s incredible that any business would treat a potential customer in such a rude, cavalier and disrespectful manner.
