I agree with the poor customer service aspect that others have mentioned in their review. Literally called to see if these guys could swing by and pick up branches that I already had removed from a tree since Republic Services won't do anything like that. they want $350.00 just to haul away branches (all of which less than 8" in diameter). Save your money and your time

They Rate a 5 star I'm sure. Very Nice to talk to by phone. I need Dead Trees Removed & others Evaluated. Be Prepared to Pay $250 just for someone to show up for a Verbal Estimate. I was also Quoted $500 for a Written Estimate of Services. The Charge is applied to Scope of Work if you accept their bid.

Terrible customer service - I am a Realtor and was trying to contact different vendors for the various items that came back on a Home Inspection Report. For each vendor, I was able to email photos or the report to each vendor (garage, roof, plumbing, etc) to see if they are able to quote over email since the property is tenant occupied and the current ordinance on tenant occupied homes.
