I have a ten year old roof that developed a small leak. The guys came out right on time, replaced the rotten decking, and matched in new shingles. After they finished you couldn't even tell anything had ever been wrong. While they were up there they checked/replaced the drain stack boots and resealed the furnace vent collars. I was quite happy to do the extra maintenance now to prevent another leak in the future. The crew was very polite, cleaned up when finished, and seamed to do a good job. Hopefully I won't need to call them again, but am glad to know about them if I do.

We live in a home that was built in 1912. Being an old home it has its eccentricities, one being that it's a two story home, but has a large attic and dormers, and also a basement. So from the front it's two stories, but from the back, with the attic and dormers, it's more like three and a half to four stories tall. Additionally, it's got at least three distinct levels to the roof, is located in town on a busy, Main Street, with houses right next door on both sides, and has landscaping that makes access a challenge.
