This is a bait and switch scam company! Do NOT use them. They quoted $29 to come to location and $50 to unlock vehicle. Locksmith arrived and charged $29+ $130 to unlock door. The door was a standard, old, truck door. Took the locksmith seconds to unlock. Google “locksmith bait and switch”. This is a classic example. Do NOT give them your business.

I called and scheduled an appointment an hour and a half from the time of the call. The office representative was very respectful, and gave my number to a technician to call me back. I received a call a half hour from the time of the appointment by the technician. I was told by the technician he would arrive within 30-35 minutes. When I did not see or receive a call from the technician after an hour, I called and canceled the appointment.

I have used several locksmiths in the past. well everyone of them advise that they could not give a total over the phone they at least gave an idea of a price range. This company refused to even give a range and what I suspected would happen did. I give the technician of five star he did his job well. The quote was far more then any price I've paid to any locksmith in town to do the same exact work.

Called the company and explained to them car make, model and that I needed a key cut and programmed. I was informed it would be roughly 150 for the key and 29 dollars for The service call, one the gentleman arrived, he explained to me that it was now 179 for the key 29 for the service call and now a 85 dollar coding fee because it was a Honda. I will never call this company again, as they provide false numbers for services to get to you In person. Then they had the nerve to try to collect on the service call.

I had called on a Saturday evening and they promptly answered the phone call. My main issue was with the technician they sent. He had called me at 7:05 to let me know it'd be 10-30 minutes. At 7:35, I had called again for an updated ETA. He said it would be another ten minutes. He then arrived at 7:45. He wasn't a ray of sunshine for sure. He was a bit short and rude. This and his tardiness prompts taking two stars off.

They came out to replace my front door lock. The guy who came was unable to install the lock after two hours of trying and said he would come back later. A different guy came a week later and installed the lock in less than an hour. It was expensive, but the second guy who came out was professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again for locksmith services.
