Ferriss Moving & Storage has been in business for over 105 years providing quality moving, storage, and packing services for DOD & Civilian families. We also have over 100,000 square feet of military approved warehouse space for any storage needs and services in the northwest Florida and south Alabama areas and beyond.

Also we provide distribution services for stored products. We provide reload services on the Alabama Gulfcoast Railroad and are able to load and unload flat, center-beam and boxcars with whatever commodity needs to be shipped. We also operate a fleet of trucks ranging from flatbeds, 53' dry vans to household goods vans.

I like to think I'm an agreeable, laid back person. This being said, the movers who came to pack were absolutely incompetent. Jennifer, the grand daughter of the owner (who made sure to tell us that often), was in a horrible mood and only smiled when she was leaving. She complained about how much she despised working here several times, informing us she has lots of job security so she doesn't care and boy did it show. She was not friendly and I felt very uncomfortable when she was in my home. She had a very negative energy.

I came in touch with this company because they are the contractors of my actual international moving company. The crew has been polite, in time and I had the impression they really made sure not to damage my goods. The office always responded quickly.
