Ok WHEN things are easy and straightforward I’d give this place 5 stars: I’m always satisfied with the work done.
BUT WHEN THINGS ARE NOT (as is the situation as of late) the entire system melts down: no one takes calls, messages are not returned, you have no idea if service has been done or when it will be done; everything is third hand by whoever answers the phone, and there no direct communication between departments. Right now I’m on day 13 of what should be a straightforward part replacement (parts aren’t back-ordered). I know the car is still there because I&rsquo

One of the best customer service and mechanics.
My car broke down on my way to Niagara Falls. It was early morning and they accommodated our emergency request very well. They not only identified the issue correctly but also made sure that there are no other issues with the car.

I personally have gotten the last two cars I’ve owned from this place in Pittsfield Massachusetts if you do go there I strong recommend a sale associate by the name if Michael hacking and his general sales manager Dutch not quite sure on his last name they are great with people and even great sales folk they will put in the car you want at what you can afford thank you for your great customer service hope to do more business with this company and these sales rep
