Poor customer service and calendar management. They need to hire an admin. Scheduled a cleaning for a morning time frame of 8-12, 4 days prior since the rep said that day and time was available. Fast forward to the day of, get a call from Andy around 9:20am that they double booked and had to push my time frame to the afternoon. My bf works 16 hour days and sleeps in the afternoon, hence why I chose the morning slot. This company is unreliable! Book at your own risk! Also when you call their number it has music doesn’t ring just has music, so you are left to think, am I getting through, do I wait

Arturo arrived on time and got right to work. He had to move furniture to patio and the carpet never looked better! Recently I had Stanly Steamer, a month ago, was very disappointed. 5 Star is my new carpet cleaning service. Very affordable, I was quoted a price and that’s what it was. No last minute selling me on additional services unlike to other company.
He was efficient, a perfectionist and very nice. I recommend highly.

We highly recommend Five Star Cleaning. We used them today and I was so happy to have the carpets deodorized and cleaned. I noticed that special care was taken so that door jams and walls didn’t get rubbed by the hoses. Making an appointment was super easy! Communication and pricing was upfront and honest. Also, he was right on time :) we will definitely be using Five Star Cleaning again.
