Ben Peterson has been helping homeowners with their remodeling projects since 1980. In 1994 his son Brian, at age 12, began learning from him. We hired LCR to remodel our basement/bath in Winter of 2017–18. I was excited to work with them as they seemed attentive and listened to my needs upon our initial meetings. But after signing the contract they were silent. When they did start, the contractors they hired did shoddy work, clearly doing as little as possible just to meet the requirements. I had to point out errors on a daily basis and reach out to know when people were scheduled to work at my house. They didn’t show up to meet the contractors and they supplied them with old plans. We ended up with walls that aren’t plumb, trim

Lake Country Remodeling did an outstanding job and was a pleasure to work with during our basement finishing project. From the beginning they went above and beyond to be available during our schedule, were responsive and flexible with the project scope. They offered many good ideas and as the project was in process didn’t cut corners. Our finished basement exceeded my expectations and we spend so much time down there. We have had such a great experience each time Lake Country Remodeling has completed a project for us. Four years ago they completed an amazing transformation of our unfinished basement. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish and the end result was a beautiful finished basement. Everyone involved was great to work with, we were very impressed. Since that initial project we've relied on Lake Country Remodeling for all of our projects - glass block windows in the basement, new entry doors and most recently our kitchen back splash. I can't say enough positive things about the quality
