We have a faulty electric hot water heater that has had many problems over the course of the initial installation by another contractor. We have currently spent upwards of $1600 attempting to repair this unit. Childers has been there with us every step of the way, trying to help us resolve the issues with this hot water heater. Currently, we are in the midst of one last ditch effort before going back to an old fashioned unit. Thank you Childers for continuing to help us on this seemingly never-ending journey.

The service man did a complete inspection of two units heating/cooling units and a generator. Once complete a full explanation of the work and repairs made was provided by phone when the service was concluded. The ability to manage the entire transaction remotely was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to call them to do either repairs or new installs.

I appreciated all the staff. Everyone was so very kind and professional. They kept me updated on the process of getting my new furnace. Mr. Greg Childers called me personally, on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to come that day and install my furnace. He knew I was using gas logs to stay warm. I was not able to have it completed due to other commitments.. I would recommend them to everyone if you have home problems.
