DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Hired them to remodel our very small main bath. Estimated time was 3-4 weeks, It took 2 months! It was good in the beginning, the designer called and we talked. I sent her everything I wanted. All the tiles, the vanity, light, etc.
All within the 2 weeks after signing the contract in August. The problems started when nothing was ordered before the job was started in October!!
Delay after delay, no communication from anyone. We would call and text and email. took days off work because someone was supposed to come and do some work, no one showed up. No one called back

Came out for a bathroom remodel quote after changing dates twice on me. Also was an hour late. Did the quote said they would email me the detailed quote later never received anything, called them a week later left a voicemail still haven't heard anything from them. I was gonna choose this company too very glad I didn't. Go elsewhere trust me.

I dislike having to write a negative review, but I feel obligated to share my experiences with potential customers, who should be well informed about whom they plan to do business with. But first off, I find it disappointing that BBB's website doesn't take customer reviews into account when calculating ratings for businesses under review. It's like a misrepresentation of the company when there are negative reviews, yet they still have a five-star rating. This is supposed to help consumers in the vetting process.
