I was stuck in a parking lot after locking my keys in my truck and by pure chance and luck an M.L. Locksmith drove by and insisted on helping. He was not working that day and took his personal time to assist me. I insisted on paying him but he refused my payment saying it was "his day off". He was extremely quick and personable. I'm a property manager and had an urgent lock change needed due to an eviction going south. I contacted M L Locksmith on Thursday 8/10/18 and they were able to get out not only the same day but within 2 hours of my phone call to change all locks. After explaining the number of locks in the home he was able to give me an estimate over the phone so there were no surprises with billing. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a locksmith quickly.

My ignition had a broken tumbler, I got an insane quote from another Locksmith in Westminster. So I called these guys, their prices are typical of most reputable locksmiths. I've had an ignition replaced before in 2015 and it was $325. These guys were very transparent about the price ~$100 for a lockout, ~$150 to get a new key cut, and ~$350 if you need ignition repaired. I have a 2001 Honda Civic, a very common vehicle. They fixed the ignition in 45 minutes, gave me a brand new key. Explained why my ignition went out in the first place, and told me how to prevent it.

When I called to ask for a quote on how much it would be to unlock a car they under quoted by $100. When I asked why the total came out to be $150 no one was able to give me a clear answer. The locksmith charged my card before performimg the service and when I called the office to clairify he had already left after the car was unlocked. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would be contacted the next day. No one ever called. This company has horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend using this company.
