We called Maurais & Son having heard great things about them, in our search to get a heat pump installed. We were surprised and thrilled when they were able to fit us in their schedule right away! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and always on time. They keep you informed, and are excellent teachers too. They work as a team, with no weak links and with excellent communication. I made an appointment as a new customer for a cleaning but the issues with my heating system got worse and I gradually started having zones with no heat. Someone extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful came right out and fixed the issue. The pipes are quiet and hot now! I’m actually looking forward to our next appointment. We will use A Maurais & Son for as long as we live in this area and recommend them to anyone who asks.

"I want to share my furnace experience with y'all..... Waking up to a chilly house is not that big a deal for me. I prefer it to living in a sauna. I don't set the thermostat to any more than 60 degrees normally. (So, if you're coming to visit, wear a sweater).
Not having hot water was the bigger issue. I didn't panic when I pushed the re-set button and nothing happened.
