To start, I was given a quote by someone and when I went in to actually pay for everything, the owner unapologetically told me that the price was off by about $6000. I ended up taking some things off the ticket and moving forward anyway.
Now to the install. Kitchen boutiques sub-contractors did a terrible job. They left my oven so unlevel when I open it, the racks come flying out which is extremely dangerous. At one point the owner came out and said he would fix it but then I never heard from them again and they ignore my emails. They refuse to fix it even after getting their insurance involved

I worked with Hlai who helped me design a complete remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. I was able to select wonderful counter tops, cabinets, floor tile and hardware. Hlai helped me maximize space and make some wonderful design choices. The team did a wonderful job with demo, cleanup, tile work and cabinet instillation. Such a great experience, even during a challenging times. Best customer service and overall experience.

I've driven by this store a few times while visiting Coles Carpet across the street, and I finally decided to stop in and see their selection of handles and knobs for my kitchen cabinets. I'm in the middle of remodeling my house - and my kitchen cabinets are turning out to be the hardest thing of all - I can't make up my mind, it's making me crazy! :) Hlai, the Owner, was kind of enough to look at pictures of my cabinets with me, and help me go thru some catalogs, and think "outside the box" and not just go for "oil rubbed bronze," (although nothing wrong

Horrible management and communication. No responses to my texts and emails unless I sent a second follow-up email or physically walked into the showroom. The project manager that was working with me at the beginning was fired about a month into my design process, and Hlai promised she would take care of me. She gave me her direct number, which I texted to schedule an appointment to come talk about my project with no response - come to find it was the showroom number NOT her direct number. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Days and weeks without replies to emails. After they gave me a quote I emailed twice and practically had to beg for next steps, still no response. I called and finally got a hold of someone. They told us to come to showroom. We come in and the receptionist blankly stares at us. I had to tell her how to pull up our information. Then she tells us the design lead isn't even there. She calls her and asks if she's coming in. She says yes but doesn't tell us how long she'll be. We sat around for 15 minutes and left. From start to finish, working with Hlai was wonderful! While our "mini kitchen remodel" was definitely not a huge job, Hlai made us feel like we were her best and only clients from the get go. Everything was done on time, as promised, and the few little details I wasn't happy with were taken care of promptly and satisfactorily. Hlai's showroom is beautiful as well, check out her lighting that she makes herself! Gorgeous! I wish my house were at least a LITTLE bit contemporary so that we could have one of her amazing chandeliers!

My husband and I wanted to do a mini kitchen remodel to address our pain points. For me, the problem was our countertop and for my husband the problem was our aged appliances. We visited Kitchen Boutique based on the Yelp reviews. The beautiful showroom included all of the things we were looking for ... countertops, sinks and faucets. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was working with Hlai and her team at Kitchen Boutique. I originally put out a yelp request for quotes on installing quartz counter tops in my kitchen . I received varying levels of professional well developed quotes. Hlai was the only one that truly looked at my drawings and called to ask about the electrical that runs through the existing pony wall.

Is there a 10 STAR option!? I have been dreaming of a new kitchen since I bought my home 3 years ago....and now the reality has exceeded my dreams! Kitchen Boutique is A+ game in home renovation! Both Halai and Donna were extremely helpful throughout the every facet of the process - Design, Timeline, Budget, etc. Ultimately, what was originally the biggest eyesore in our home, Kitchen Boutique transformed it to become the centerpiece of our home. Just bought a condo in down town San Diego - I wanted this property to have a European super modern looking kitchen. I looked around and shopped to find some white cabinets and finally found kitchen boutique. Best thing ever happened that I found them. I got the best quality and service. Hlai (designer) was amazing in designing the layout, helped me finalize my choice of appliances and the backsplash.

Because I chose Kitchen Boutique based on the Yelp ratings, I am leaving an honest review about my experience to help others who might do the same.
I went to check out the showroom and get an estimate on installing new Caesarstone kitchen counters and a tile backsplash in my townhouse kitchen. The designer suggested starting with the counters and then moving on to the backsplash...excellent advice since it's much easier to choose the best tile after the counters are already in. I was told I had to get a new sink to enable the counter template to be properly cut and chose one from their display
