We owned a house in Navarre and were getting it ready to sell. We had multiple roofers come out to inspect the roof and give us estimates for repair and replacement if needed. Alex with A & M Construction of NW FL was the only roofer to give a repair estimate along with the inspection report and a recommendation for replacement. All other companies only gave an estimate for replacement. A & M's estimate was THOUSANDS of dollars cheaper and they could do it quickly. My husband hired Alex after interviewing a couple of roofers. Alex and his crew were amazing! They did everything right and were very responsive. We had our roof installed during some pretty intense thunderstorms and Alex and his crew made sure they protected our house from water damage. Immediate response to initial call. Alex is very prompt with communication. He is very knowledgable in all aspects of replacing roof including insurance paperwork. Best and quickest estimate given from 3 prominent roofing companies. Alex quote beat the others easily providing the same features that all insurance requires. Crew was prompt, organized and MOST IMPRESSIVE completed my roof in about 12 hours INCLUDING clean up...neighbors also impressed watching work get done and wished they had chosen A & M. Our entire roof had to be replaced due to wind damage. When I called my insurance company I learned that I was in charge of handling the details.
I knew I needed a roofing contractor that would be patient with me since I hadn’t dealt with this kind of thing for at least 20 years.
Alex quoted me a very fair price, answered all my questions, and responded quickly to calls and text messages. The crew that did the job was also great.
All in all it was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend A & M.

A&M Roofing replaced my roof and chimney cap this month (May 2021) and I have to say, Alex is the best contractor I’ve worked with and that’s saying something as I’ve owned homes for 24 years. Alex came by for an estimate when he said he would, he provided me a written estimate quickly and the estimate was a fair price. I also needed a bunch of paperwork to get the funding released, things like business license, insurance, contract, etc. etc. When I asked him for these things I figured that I would get them in a about a week but to my surprise, they were in my email inbox within a couple

Called A&M Construction to get an estimate on a new roof. Alex called me back and made an appointment. Alex came out when he said he would and was on time. His estimate was in line with others I had gotten and actually his beat the others. His crew was very professional, did an excellent job on my roof. They cleaned everything up after each days work. When the job was finished everything was removed and they even ran a mobile magnet around the whole yard to collect any discarded roofing nails that had fallen off the roof.
