Michelle and Shelby may lean towards doing cookie cutter solutions for your kitchen. The design was not the best. I think the kitchen was not functional and they offered really no solution and did NOT listen to the customer. For instance they kept pushing a single sink when I wanted a double sink from the start. In the end, they did not come out and see and endorse their final work and it was their responsibility. Dialing up 2 to 3 contractors for different aspect of the job does not absolve them of responsibility. The baby was ugly and they needed to own it and make it right. Customer May 2019
