We have been Mr. Pool and Mrs. Patio for a very long time. They are all so cute, we love it! It doesn't matter how you arrange the words we are still the same family owned and operated company since 1972. Since we no longer sell swimming pools and pool supplies we have simplified everything for you; we are now, Mrs. Patio!
We have everything from club chairs, swivel rocking club chairs, high-back dining chairs, swivel rockers, chaises, double chaises, bar stools, counter stools, sectionals, sofas, love seats, fire pits, fire tables, dining tables, bar tables, conversation tables, to coffee tables, etc. All in-stock and ready for quick delivery.
You can add shade and a splash of color to just about anywhere you need it with our very durable umbrellas. Our umbrellas are handcrafted of the best materials available on the market today. All of our umbrellas are low maintenance and can be cleaned with the garden hose using a mild detergent soap and soft cloth.

I’ve been a customer of Mrs Patio since 2003. Over the years I have worked with Robin, Clint and Debra. All have been very helpful and easy to work with when selecting outdoor furniture, fabrics and accessories. Unfortunately this summer I ran into a significant product issue for items that were delivered late last year. The staff stepped in and coordinated the entire warranty process for me. The replacements were delivered this week. Everything looks great! I’m very happy with Mrs Patio’s customer service! Thanks to everyone at the Henderson location!!!!

About 1 month ago I purchased an 11foot umbrella with a base that locks to be used by my in ground hot tub. it had a heavy base that had wheels that I was told would lock.
yesterday I opened it for the first time, I was sitting with my feet and my friends feet in the hot tub. It was not windy, the umbrella rolled into the pool,
when I told Clint the person I spoke to
he said it was an "act of god" I said the wheels rolled it into the pool. I said I wanted to return it since the wheels his delivery men "locked" did not work, he said no way. DO NOT SHOP HERE, I paid $900 for something that is

Why shop here? Our experience was walking in the store, the only two sales people were with other customers, but they didn't even acknowledge us, just ignored us during lengthy additional conversations with their current customers. As we walked around the store we noticed the prices were three times as high as similar outdoor furniture stores like RC Willey, which absolutely has attentive customer service. We will not be back to this overpriced store.

Worst customer service. I spoke to Clint about our umbrella that we bought from them that's over priced not opening and he completely dismiss me saying he needed too call me back bc there's people in the showroom like I'm not a paying customer. He's clearly more concern about his commission than helping a current customer. Go somewhere else.

You know I've been a resident for 57 years I lived in Green Valley and I've been in this establishment several times hoping that I could make a purchase but every time I found nothing but rude rude rude Associates this time was the absolute worst have been searching for patio furniture for my home and thought I'd give it one more try went in on Memorial Day Walked in but the two employees were too busy speaking with each other to say anything to me or my husband then I asked if the curtains were for sale And a woman at the register said no they're not kidding I said well I

Worst customer service! Bought a patio set that was a) overpriced at 7500.00. b) screws stripped out of chair after only a year. It was supposed to have a 15 year warranty. When my husband took it in to be fixed they said “oh that’s an easy fix. You can do it yourself.” THATS NOT THE POINT! Then they said it wasn’t covered, come and get it. My suggestion...Go to sams club or Lowe’s and pay thousands less AND they’ll pretty much take back anything

If you're looking for very nice looking and high quality patio or outdoor furniture this is the place to find it. Don't be shocked by the prices. The furniture is just that, furniture. And it's well worth it. Almost everything has a 20yr warranty and the fabrics they use are designed for the outdoors so they will last without fading even in the desert summer. I highly recommend stopping by and taking a look. Really consider them and their furniture. See Kimberly, she very nice and super helpful.

Just left this place shocked with the awful costumer service given by this African American sales lady that greeted my husband and I by saying sorry we are closing in a such rude way. The hours for the place says 6pm and we opened their door 5:39. We said it isn't 6 clock yet but the energy turned us down. There was this another sales person, really nice guy that actually tried to help us, but our interested wasn't there anymore.. We are quick shoppers, we needed a table, we want to choose one and cash out, but did not feel welcomed.

Never ever shop here. They do not stand by their products. When faced with a complaint about a new bar stool purchase the manager said" it's your problem- put the stools in a yard sale". These were on sale for $350 each.refused to take back and refused to replace. Total purchase over $4k. Never again.

We needed patio furniture for our new home and neither my husband nor myself were interested in anything we had to assemble ourselves. Mrs Patio is definitely not inexpensive but they were able to meet our budget and we know we have quality furniture that will last for many years to come. Kim was a delight to work with and has handled everything with top notch customer service.

They carry fireplace rock which is hard to find only $25 for 10 pounds. My original fireplace rock is burnt up and sooty making the glass dirty during each use. I returned to buy fireplace gas burner and they are the only store in Las Vegas to carry them now that Home Depot has discontinued selling them. The one I selected wouldn't work so Clint cheerfully voided the sale.

Went in today for the first time to look around after seeing a commercial. Staff was friendly and helpful with both our purchase and getting it into the car. Got other stuff for our yard and patio as well. Great selection. Now we don't have to have our neighbors staring down at us with our new bright umbrella!

Please note - this review pertains to customer service only, as that is as far as I managed to get with this company. I merely called to request pricing on a custom outdoor cushion, got a call back 2-3 days later telling me that they had a cost for me - but they didn't leave the price on my voice mail (why I have no idea). I called back and left a message asking them to please leave this information if I missed their next call - more than a week has passed and no one has called yet. If they can't return a phone call and don't understand how to leave messages, I'm not very confident

I had Limited time on a Sunday to find a quality chaise , double wide, for my second story balcony. The big box stores tax my patience and using yelp to sort the more custom options, proved to be very rewarding . Driving up to the store , I knew that it might cost more but k using they carry sunbrella , meant quality.
