What a great experience! They came to my house, gave me an honest price and opinion of what kind of carpet to get (we have no clue). Flooring America came in with 2 installers and got the job done within a few hours! Great people and service! The sales rep even called me a few days later to ask my thoughts. Super place to get carpet or whatever. Will definitely and only use them for any of my future needs.

The only reason u get one star is because the floor was lain down and it looks ok- everything else about the experience was horrible. The stool was put back crookedly and the installers refused to fix it and when we called the store, we were told that it was not their responsibility to fix it and if they did that they wouldn't be responsible for any leaks that it may cause. The toilet was sitting straight when they took it up- no leaks, so the lame excuses being given are not going to fly with us. They told me that their orders were to take up TWO layers of flooring from the bathroom and they did
