Beeline Pest Services started working on the mouse and rat infestation in and around my house about six weeks ago. Robert and his wife methodically eradicated the mice that were in my crawl space on the first visit to plug any possible entry points on the house's foundation to eliminate the "resident" mouse population. Also during the initial visit, he placed bait boxes with two types of state-of-the-art bait around the house and at the rear of the back yard's perimeter to determine the possible approach path of the mice. He returned every two weeks like clockwork to reload the bait boxes with

I've been with them for 2 years. Robert and Janelle at Rural Pest Solutions NW got rid of all the pests that were literal plaguing me. My neighbor wont stop feeding raccoons and birds. The seed/food goes everywhere. The rats and mice love it! No matter how nice I was, the guy won't stop. When my mother-in-law recommended RPSNW I didn't dare use anyone else. I am so glad I did. Robert has managed the impossible, no rat activity for over a year. The bird/raccoon feeding still goes on next door, but no problems at my place. 100% recommend!

Hands down the best contractor of any kind that I have worked with. We had a horrible problem due to a horrendous renter and they were on it and fixed it in record time, without any shortcuts. They are also inspectors so they really know what they are doing. Unbelievable personalized customer service and professional excellence. The actually care and really know what they are doing due to decades of experience. They are very fair and competitively priced. Wasps love my house. For 10 years, every summer, I had to fight them. Last spring I called RPSNW. I had my first summer wasp free. Really! The whole summer, not one wasp. Robert is are miracle worker! Their wasp baiting works! I highly recommend, especially if you are allergic to stings. Call them, you'll be happy! I am going to be a customer forever!

Military family, here! I truly adore Rural Pest Solutions NW. I have recommended them to all of my family. My mom and step dad love them! My neighbors hired Robert on the spot when he came to do our first service. When my partner was deployed, Robert stopped by to check on us, and he took my trash cans to the street for me, because I was sick. Every interaction I've had with them has been the highest quality. I got a discount for my partner being active duty, and my step dad gets a discount for being a volunteer fire fighter. RPSNW cares about people!

Military beware. Do not utilize this company's service. While the service itself isn't a problem, the lack of customer service and lies ARE. We informed this company our lease would be over before the contract stated. I cancelled services because I didn't feel comfortable with a written obligation. Janelle, spouse of the owner, then informed me that she could modify the contract to reflect our move out time. So we wouldn't have to fulfill the entire contract dates, as we would no longer reside in the residence. This was a lie. They are currently emailing me asking questions that were already addressed
