Dylan and Jerry (?) Responded to my call and arrived within an hour to assess cause for my maintenance issue. They immediately diagnosed and proceeded to resolve the issue. They were very friendly, professional and focused. They checked and flushed drain line and removed water from drain pan and checked the proper operation before departing. A week later I had another overflow issue. They showed up ready to correct the issue. They spent 1 1/2 hours thoroughly examining all possible causes. They adjusted the HVAC unit and told me that my fix the problem temporarily or longer. They also recommended

I called on a weekend and this gentleman was out very quickly to repair a broken refrigerate line. He diagnosed and repaired the problem super quick. He explained everything he done and even sent pictures! He was very reasonable on price. Also, he drove to Leachville to service my A/C. This company will be my first call for any A/C needs in the future. Thank you.

I have used this company for several years and I can always depend on Micheal snd his crew. They are always professional, respect my property and house by being clean and cleaning up any mess they may have to make. They have always been punctual and always keeps his word on appointments or will call if an emergency comes up to let others know. Reasonable prices and comparable rates for repair. When our AC wasn’t working, we weren’t sure who to call. After some quick research, we found Northeast Arkansas Heating & Cooling and decided to give them a call. We are so glad we did! Mike responded quickly and worked us into his schedule that same afternoon. The guys were friendly and professional, and they addressed the problems quickly, even pointing out some issues we previously were unaware of. We won’t call anyone else for our HVAC!

I recommend calling Mike for any heating & cooling needs you have. We just had to replace our entire system (including the ducts). He explained everything they were doing and why it needed to be done that way. Which I greatly appreciated. They take great pride in their work and make sure its down properly.

Absolutely wonderful set of guys. Very down to earth and know exactly what they are doing! They will even explain everything to you. What they are doing and how things work.
