My neighbor used Regency, their garage looks nice. The problem is that when they demoed the garage they knocked down MY back fence too. Each crew that showed up said the next guy was going to fix it. NOW six weeks after the damage my fence still isn't fixed and gate is open, I HAVE DOGS! This is a problem for me and now for my neighbor. Yes, the fence was older BUT it was standing there just fine and would have been for another 10 years. The knucklehead on the bobcat didn't pay attention to the plans nor the three times my neighbor showed them where their back fence ended and ours started

Id like to take a minute to explain our experience with Regency Garages. When we first decided we wanted to build a garage, we met with several companies before contacting Regency. The experience with these companies was less than desirable. It felt like they wanted to build only a simple box style garage and really did a horrible job explaining the process and options. When Terry from Regency came out to meet with us, we knew right away this was the company we had been looking for. She did a great job walking us through sizes, designs, process, and pricing. We had a great experience with Regency - they know their stuff and have excellent folks who get the job done. We had a real challenge with some utilities and although it took a long time to break ground, we had our final inspection and everything passed with zero issues. Looking forward to showing off our new structure and sharing our experience with others.

I received a recommendation for Regency Garages from a co-worker and could not be happier with the professionalism and quality of work from start to finish. Terry was great helping us decide what was best for our property and design the garage. The office staff was friendly and responded right away when we had questions. They made the whole process very easy and stress free. In the end we got a beautiful, sturdy garage. The concrete work was well done with a high quality sealant applied. From my first phone call through each and every step of the way, the company was extremely impressive and wonderful to work with - from their thoughtful advice with the design and materials to dealing with the permitting process to the ultimate quality of the work itself. Everything was on time, on budget, high quality, and communication was outstanding all along. If you are looking for a new garage, simply put I say look no further. If only all businesses were run this well. Can't recommend Regency highly enough.

Regency Garage provided us the best value and product!! We had several challenges in order to obtain our building permit, Terri and Gosha walked us through the process and were a great help to!! We had several estimates Regency wasn’t the lowest nor the highest, the were the best in my opinion. You always want to be informed about your project and Regerency did that every step of the way. I highly recommend Regency if you want a quality garage at a fair price!!!

Scheduled appointment for estimate on a Sunday at a time that was convenient for salesman (wanted to have some family time, which I totally understand). Salesman did not call and did not show up for appointment. here is another reason to call Danley................at least they are professional and keep their appointment!!!!

Some have said to make sure you get everything in the quote before signing with these guys. I say these guys should be upfront from the start, instead of under quoting and trying to bill you for extras when the job is underway. Rich failed to include the step up into the garage and the apron extension into the alley in my quote. The "finished garage" did not include anything to get into the 2 foot doorway step. It also did not include an asphalt or concrete apron attachment to the alley. Instead they dumped

We had the same issue as others with their concrete. Within a year large chunks of concrete started cracking off the surface of the driveway. After multiple attempts to contact and excuses of why Rich couldn't be reached, he blamed the faulty concrete on his concrete supplier and would not fix it. We ended up settling on a surface refinishing that we had to pay a third of and again it only lasted a year. That company also would not make repairs blaming the poor work that Richs company did on the concrete. $11,000 in the hole our driveway looks worse than our old driveway. It looks like bombs

Pros: Built the garage fast/ on schedule and they were reasonably priced (we got 5 bids).
Cons: I felt like I had to look over their shoulder throughout the entire project and get small things corrected. The owner/sales guy said yes to a few requests in order to sell the job but then didn't deliver when the time came because they weren't explicitly written in the contract. So, make sure you get everything in writing when you work with them.

I had a two car garage built on a rehab investment that I am doing in Villa Park. I was impressed on how quickly these got the job done. The day after permit was ready, they had dug the foundation and poured the concrete. After a week of settling and village approval, the framing, the roof, siding, door and opener was completed in 1 day. The final step was the electrician. The electrician is a third party from Regency who is set to come out next week. I will definitely hire these guys again on the next project if needed. The customer service at the office was also outstanding!

I needed a 3 car 27x22 garage built in my backyard in East Humboldt Park. I also needed a small concrete sidewalk put in connecting the garage to the building. I received quotes from about 5 different builders and Rich from Regency Garages was by far the most complete, honest and best priced quote. I signed the contract and within 2 weeks the garage was built from start to finish. They tore out my old chain link fence, poured the concrete, built the garage and installed the electric. They called me and kept me updated every step of the way and it turned out great. I was even out of town for work

I'm not a big reviewer but the concrete work Rich and his crew did was absolutely the worst concrete work I've ever seen. I called Rich to have my driveway dug up and redone and new garage. To make a long story short, he poured the concrete about 8 inches to high. So high he covered up the basement window sills and you couldn't even open the back door! The concrete was also pitched toward the building so when it rained, water would just come in the back door. When I came home and saw the work he did I was furious and asked him if he ever did concrete work before. He responded very

We needed a garage in a hurry when the roof caved in on our 50 year old garage. A friend referred Regency. Terry was very helpful, explained the process and made some great suggestions on what and how we should rebuild. Regency handled everything from there. A very smooth process. Terry was upfront about their backlog which meant our garage took a little longer than i would've liked. But it was worth the wait. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Regency.

I had about 4 estimates done from Chicago area garage builders for my parents home in Niles. One guy threw a business card at me with a quote written on the back. The other 3 were more professional. I went with Regency because of the the way Terry handled the estimate, the reviews in Angies List and my co-worker recommended them.
First, Terry came out provided a written estimate that matched what we talked about. She did a nice job giving trim and window suggestions. My Mom wanted it to look nice from the curb. My Dad was the "I want it built right" type. The biggest delay was waiting

I would not hire Regency to build a garage if I need one built again.
1. Poor, cheap materials (door knob/lock set replaced in less than 1 year; the outside light is extremely cheap quality)
2. They lied to us about using a "concrete curing solution" so the concrete would cure slower in the hot summer weather we were having. What they were really spraying on the concrete was sealer. We had told them we wanted to put down a polyaspartic protective floor solution! You can't use sealer if you're going to put a polyaspartic floor down, per Rich at Regency! If it was a concrete
