I would give no stars if possible, I have used Chem dry for many years at various homes. My regular Chem dry location was unavailable for an emergency service so I opted to use Freeman's or J & G as they had availability. To my disappointment they did not remove stains from my carpet that I was later able to remove with a rag and home product. I reached out to Freeman's to give them an opportunity to respond and shared pictures Before & After of the stains which they had told me on the day of treatment they were unable to remove. I have yet to hear back from them they have ignored

After a schedule mixup due to down equipment, they came out on a Saturday. I had a very small traffic area in my bedroom that was in dire need of cleaning and stain removal. J&G did an outstanding job. Super professional and I am really impressed that my carpet is not soaking wet. It dried in about 3 hours without any problem. I highly recommend the Chem Dry process and J&G. Paying the minimum for such a small area was steep but worth it for my peace of mind.
