Seemed like reasonable people, but didn't come to a good outcome. I had an issue with a leak from my bathtub causing water damage to my ceiling. Since it is beyond the warranty timeframe, they would not help. The way the plumbing drain was installed, it was only a matter of time for it to wear down and leak. I thought, and hoped, that they would do the right thing and repair the poorly installed bathtub, rather than write it off as beyond the warranty and not their problem anymore.

3 year old home that has so many issues. Bad mud job to start. You can see all the drywall seams on all the walls and ceilings. House support beams are all cracked and need to be reinforced. The siding was installed incorrectly causing bowing, loud snapping sounds when the house is cooling down, and most of it is now pulling away from the house. The garage door was installed incorrectly which lead to a safety hazard. The bathtub was not level and did not have the correct support and cracked. One of the windows was installed incorrectly and now has a major leak that has caused costly water damage

Super unprofessional. Could’ve taken all of 30 seconds with a push broom to get all of those rocks off the back of their trucks but instead they thought it best to drive down the interstate with the rocks flying off the backend of their trucks.

Poor quality - lots of plumbing issues! Thousands of dollars in repairs.
Gamut360 built 3 houses in Lake City and over the last 6 years we've had a total of 3 issues with the shoddy plumbing.
The first was our neighbor's house when their first floor flooded when they first moved in.
The second time was at our house where the second floor bathroom pipe wasn't welded corrected, it leaked and water poured down through the ceiling to the first floor.
The third is when we had to replace the side sewer. When we dug up the pipe, we found that it was not built to code. They had a smaller pipe nested

I have owned my home for 10 years now and have to completely remodel it. They never did any of the one year warranty work and now that I’m replacing all the poor quality products used I have found holes behind the cabinets that were covered up with foam and other poor craftsmanship. They failed to install insulation in areas of my home and most homes in our neighborhood have cracked driveways, busted pipes, and leaking bathrooms. These homes are not built to last! The company will not stand behind their product!

Terrible experience. I bought a new town home from this builder in April 2018. No sense of craftsmanship, and don't properly honor their own "1 year warranty". Furthermore, they use a in-between company for dealing with any warranty requests so that they don't have to have contact with the home buyers whatsoever. I recommend anyone to stay clear from these builders.

Incredible service, super helpful and accommodating employees. Quick turnaround time for all of my questions, and the homes are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The interiors are well-designed and high quality. I loved the homes that I was shown, and felt like the people at Gamut360 really took interest in what I was looking for to show me the best options. Highly recommend!!

Worst builder ever. Communication is horrible, all they want is your money. We asked for multiple meeting and were never given one. Asked to speak with the boss and we got the realtor to smooth things over. No pride in construction. You ask one person about the layout they say one thing the next thing you know completely different from what is placed in the home. Do your homework! I sent over 560,000.00 on a home and I cannot wait to sell it before it falls apart.
