We are tree experts serving the Portland Metropolitan area, Wilsonville, Salem, and most of the Willamette Valley. Owners Maria and Leo Cervantes, have more than 15 years of experience in forestry. We really recommend Trees Plus! Leo came out to our place twice to talk to us about removing a couple of trees, etc. He was very nice and very professional.
As soon as we decided for sure which trees to have taken down, the company scheduled a date to come out. Three guys came today on time and did a great job of cutting down the trees and trimming the one tree! They were very nice, worked very hard and checked with us to see where we wanted them to put the chips. They did an excellent job of cutting the trees into chunks, placing the chunks in good areas AND cleaning up the mess!!

Great experience all around. We had a number of tall pines that needed to be removed and others that needed deadwooding. The estimation and confirmation process was simple and clear, and the crew who did the work (especially Gordon and Russell who finished everything up) was fantastic too. We will call them back for any future tree needs.

Don't ever hire this company. Poor value for your money. First, they were supposed to arrive on Friday morning. I got a phone call Friday morning saying it would be on the next Tuesday at 1:00. Instead they arrived at 10 AM. The estimate was to take out a small 7 foot evergreen tree and grind the stump after they cut it down. $195 for cut down tree and $55 for grind stump (plus $25 discount because I had a flyer with the discount). I assumed it was going to be a harder job to cut down and get the roots out for $250 (of course the discount $25). It took them 10 minutes -- one man leaned

These "professionals" started cutting down a tree across our street around 7:15 this morning, waking us up with the sound of a industrial sized chipper and several chain saws.
When I called the company to complain the woman who answered just blew me off with some trite comments about wanting to "beat the heat."
Later someone messaged me to inform me that the city ordinance that is applicable allows them to start at 7 A.M. Apparently they contend that the fact that they woke us up is perfectly OK because it is legal.
This company is Inconsiderate. I wish there was a negative

Leo and the Trees Plus NW crew are awesome. We had a large Deodar Cedar removed from our property. The removal involved power lines and grinding down at 58 inch stump.
The crew worked quickly and effectively, but were very courteous and professional. They left the yard very clean and made a point to blow off any saw dust from the roof of the house.
Leo was quick to come out for a bid, and was very competitive with his number.
Hands down will use them again, and will refer them to anyone we can.

These guys are great! Leo stopped by to estimate my job and made me a great deal if I wanted my massive hedge removed that day... his crew showed up 45 minutes later and removed my 30' hedge in 3.5 hrs. Clean-up was great and the guys were friendly. Would definitely use them again!

My 88 year old father’s yard was untouched for years and was overgrown with ivy, blackberry bushes and filled with debris. It was overwhelming. I called Trees Plus and they came out to do a quote that evening. They were available to do the job within just a few days. They tackled this massive project within one day! They completely transformed the yard and did in one day what would have taken me months, and honestly I couldn’t have done it. They had the proper equipment and hauled away everything. WOW I am blown away by these wonderful gentlemen's work! We have a large oak tree in front of our yard what was way overgrown and the perfect way for squirrels to get into our roof and into our home.
I HATED this tree. Overgrown and ugly. I wanted to cut it down, but at the moment couldn't afford it.
Instead I opted to cut it back for now and cut it down later... MY GOD. I'm so glad I went with this company, and I'm actually glad I didn't get the tree completely removed. They did a WONDERFUL job. The tree is no longer a hazard, it's beautiful, and they did ALOT of

Unfortunately I have to allow 1 star to post a review.I called this company for an estimate and was told they would be out between 4 and 5 pm I never received a phone call or text saying they were going to be late or even reschedule they just never Showed Up So I want Everyone looking for a Tree Company to look elsewhere this company obviously needs LOTS of Customer Service training
