Starting in Kunzik and Sara Construction is a California-based construction services company and is a leader in the field. Self-performing many of the trades including carpentry, the company brings a unique style in today's general contracting world. This allows us to be nimble and deliver a faster, more cost-efficient, carefully constructed building than any other general contractor today.
Kunzik and Sara Construction provides a full array of constructions services available to our clients. We provide the expertise, oversight, and analysis of the project design that adds value to our clients. One of the unique aspects of building Kunzik and Sara is our ability to self-perform carpentry along with other trades.
By analyzing all available data provided by the client, architect, and engineers, we can help determine if the project is viable. Kunzik and Sara can examine the site for cost and time consequences as they relate to soil, utilities, grading, zoning, access and other factors that may be unique to the property and project.
Under a design+build arrangement, we may be responsible for both architectural and construction services. We work closely alongside the architect and engineers which allows us- the contractor- to provide input on the project scope, through pre-construction, all the way to the finished product. Kunzik and Sara can provide an optimized design which mitigates risk and manages coordination every step of the way.
With Kunzik and Sara, the carpentry (wood and metal framing, concrete, drywall, etc) and various other trades are performed in-house. Our self-perform work is unique in today's modern General Contracting companies. Many General Contractor's will subcontract all trades. By having experienced journeyman tradesmen in-house, we are able to drive coordination and deliver a high quality, cost-efficient product to our clients.
