I hired this company to replace my siding, and roof after a hail storm. It was nice that they worked directly with my insurance company, taking that stress away. However, during the project, the project coordinator would only work with me by phone and would do everything in his power to not come to my house so that I could speak with him in person about my concerns. There were even times when he would not answer my calls and I wouldn’t hear back from him for days at a time. Horrible experience. The general contractor I absolutely do not recommend. From not showing up on time, being vague on project details, charging for items I bought myself, not being aware of project details even after discussing them in emails or texts. The list goes on and on of what went wrong or what was very frustrating.

I'm at the 1/2 way point in my roof replacement and water damage repair and Kiser Construction has by far exceeded my expectations. I have 30 years in commercial and industrial construction and would hire them again. The staff is very responsive and professional. They also helped out a great deal in dealing with insurance. Rick did an awesome job of project managing the remediation, demo, electrical, sheet rock, painting and cabinet work. This is the first time I've worked with a contractor that stuck to their original schedule. The sub contractors were also great to work with and delivered a high quality product. In the end, we are incredibly happy with our new kitchen and other upgrades. Awesome job!

We would highly recommend Kiser for home repair/renovation based on our recent experience. Rick was quick on the scene when we discovered water damage from a burst pipe and set to work negotiating with insurance on our behalf. The asbestos mitigation team was quick, clean and thorough replacing our tile. Mitchell was outstanding with the flooring, both vinyl in the laundry (which required a lot of intricate cutting) and the carpet (laid seamlessly). Chad was our hero! After my house burnt down in August of 2017, we chose to work with Kiser for the rebuild. Nick was so kind and helped my family through one of the most difficult times of our life. Then, in March of 2018, my mom passed away, and Scott taught my older sister and me so much about how building a home worked. He was patient with my millions of questions and organized the build beautifully so my sister and I could focus on the loss of our mom. Help! that is what I needed and that is what I got from Kiser. Scott, my project manager, Bret and Jason were extremely helpful in making choices for materials to be used on my kitchen floor and entry and my shower. It was winter and I didn't go out much.
Scott and Bret recommended LVT flooring for the kitchen and entry. No dimples from my walker or canes and the floor is beautiful. Brandon installed it in a day over the existing flooring. Lots of hammering but the results are worth it.

Kiser Construction stepped up to the plate when approached to help fix a gutter on our facility that was poorly hung by the last company. Darren donated the materials and labor which is huge for us being a non profit animal rescue. Not only are they the best at what they do but they also love animals and care about thier safety so that's a win win in our book!
