We are looking for full-time Lead Install Technicians and an Install Manager with leadership experience in the installation of a variety of heating and cooling systems. Hourly wage is between $24 and $36 an hour based on experience and leadership ability. We are looking for full-time Install Managers with management and leadership experience in the installation of a variety of heating and cooling systems for both new construction and retrofits.

After waiting all day for Jon to come over with the parts to fix the heater Kirsten called to say he wouldn't be coming. I spoke with her 3 times today and she said he would be there. Now is the temperature drops I get a phone call at 5:30 saying he's not coming. He is also going on vacation tomorrow so now I have to find somebody else to come and do the work he was supposed to do. You are only as good as your word Jon. Your word is no good.
