If you have stains i can generally get them out as long as i know what they are, how long they have there and if you have tried to get them out with chemicals before hand. What happens when you do this is that the stain is scotch guarded and is even harder to remove then if you left it alone.

Mike did not follow basic standards of care regarding power washing and staining my deck. He used too strong of a power washer that resulted in raising the grain on my formerly smooth wood surfaces. He didn't even know what kind of wood the deck was made of. The power washer embedded debris in my screens and siding and covered my windows in debris. He did nothing to protect my property - no drop cloths or siding, screen or window protection - and carelessly applied the stain so that stain spilled on my 3 year old concrete patio, landscape edging and river rocks. I have permanent stains on all those
