I had a family member call a locksmith and specifically asked them to remove the lock on my vehicle. The technician showed up and told my family member they didn’t need to remove the lock. They proceeded to unlock the vehicle like AAA and they were not asked to do that. When I called they were rude and offered me a supervisor but no one ever called back. I have since called SEVERAL times seeking resolution and they have avoided my calls and don’t appear to want to assist their customers when a tech does something wrong. Just call AAA because that’s what they told me I should’ve done after

My husband called this company to make a copy of our garage key. When the person came out he didn’t know how to do that and instead told my husband to just break in through the window. Then he charged my husband $100 and bullied him until he paid it. Breaking in through a window and taking $100 for no reason is how a thief handles a locked door, not a locksmith. I want my hundred dollars back. This guy is a total scam.

After a long flight we arrived back at the Columbus airport only to find we could not get into our vehicle. After talking with the gentleman on the phone we had Austin out to help us within about half an hour. He was professional and quick and knew exactly what he was doing. Being that it was a weekend the price was more than fair. I would recommend this company to anyone.
