Benjamin Fillmore is a Certified Arborist and has been providing exceptional service to our commercial clients for over 15 years. The three guys that came out were great. They came on time and went straight to work. We had two very large trees. One needed to be completely removed and the other needed trimming/pruning. I was impressed by the professionalism of these workers. They were fast, efficient and careful. I was worried about the one tree that had very large branches extending over the neighbor's yard, but they were able to remove them without any issues. The tree that they trimmed/pruned turned out great. Even our other neighbor came by to say how beautiful it now looked.

My trees were not doing well. Tree doctors did some in ground fertilizer and showed me how to properly water them. They told me the trees didn't need trimming (I thought they did, but saved me money) but instead just needed proper watering and fertilizing. They saved my trees!

Very unprofessional and unethical company. HOA where I live hired them unbeknownst to the community to trim trees. The supervisor of Tree Doctor's crew started pounding and ringing our doorbell at 715am for over a half hour. Contacted Tree Doctor's to inform them of the encounter with thee company's employee. She confirmed it was their supervisor trying to contact me and basically justified his behavior. I was then contacted by the supervisor via phone threatening me. Stating he was going to tow my vehicle. Neither Carol or supervisor offered an apology or understand what transpired was unprofessional

Tree Doctor removed a huge mesquite tree for us. They not only came when they were scheduled, but they cut the tree in small logs for our neighbor who uses the wood for his motor home bbq. They were so clean and efficient! Would highly recommend them!

Daniel came out and gave an estimate for removing and stump grinding a dead Jacaranda, trimming a MASSIVE Mesquite, trimming 3 bottle brush trees, a large fig, 2 citrus trees and 2 queen palms. The crew was on time early this morning. They did a terrific job, cleaned up beautifully inside and outside the fence! When trimming the Mesquite, they had to climb up the middle, cable large branches to keep them from falling on the block wall, and the house!

They trimmed a large ficus tree (to limit branch growth over pool and neighbors yard) and a very large eucalyptus tree (to remove branches too close to our and our neighbor's house. Both were crown thinned to improve air flow thru the trees to limit potential tree damage in strong winds and microbursts. They also removed (and stump ground) a large mature queen palm (located next to the house) which succumbed to our increasingly hotter and longer summers. They were professional, Covid safe, and did a great job.

All of the advice given gave peace in terms of their analysis or our issues and how to potential remedy the situation. We have a dead pine tree and another beginning. Other advisors suggested insects or diseases. We were told by this group that it was merely lack of water and that the excessive heat has destroyed many in the valley. We began the suggested and required flooding activity after they left. We ordered other tools as suggested to monitor our watering activity. They also reviewed palo verdes that began bleeding. Again due to sun exposure not a disease as that another mentioned.

Quality of work is poor. Value for the $$$ is very weak. Left the tree hanging into neighbors yard and had to have them come back out to correct. Also, tree left hanging low on one side of the tree. Be very careful of the fine print. It may say the tree will be pruned but that is to their specifications. If it says on the estimate to raise the south side of the tree over the sidewalk to 8ft and the north side is hanging at 3ft prior to the work then what you will end up with is a tree height over the sidewalk at 8ft and the other side of the tree at 3ft. Not exactly what you would think

Called this company to get some advice on my tree that is not blooming, back in June 2019. Dave came out and charged me 125.00 to look at the tree, and let me know if it's dead or alive...which at the time was still alive. He wasn't sure what was causing it not to bloom, but would contact some colleagues for further advice and treatment. a little odd, being a specialist, but moved forward in hope of saving the tree or get it back on track at full bloom. I really really hate companies that have terrible receptionists and this company definitely does. Getting information from their receptionist was so painful and such a waste of my time.

We moved to San Tan Valley, AZ from Michigan in September. We had some horrible trees we needed cut down. We called 4 different companies and this is the only one who actually showed up when he said he would and gave us a VERY fair quote! We had expected a quote for A LOT more! This is their busy season so we had to wait a few weeks (no big deal)! They showed up at the time given to us early this morning. The men who came were very knowledgable, friendly and VERY hard working! When they left, they did such a wonderful job cleaning up that you would have no idea there were ever trees there

One of the best service experiences EVER! We had to remove eight large trees (which required a crane), plus a lot of trimming and pruning on a neglected home that we purchased. Everything from arranging a well-priced quote, punctual service, finishing ahead of schedule--and even lowering the price after the work took less time than planned--could not have gone more smoothly. Everything looks great, too! The team responds promptly to emails and calls, and Sue, who manages the office, is just a delight to work with. This team is fantastic!

Called them on April 24, 2018 to do a bid for our HOA and talked to the office and they said they would call me back to make and appointment to come out and bid. Didn't hear from them, so I called them back on May 7, 2018 to hear her excuses of why they hadn't returned my call. I told them this is bad business and that they lost a possible job because they didn't even have the courtesy to touch base with me. Poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

Wow, wow, wow! Myself and my husband were incredibly impressed with these guys. We had a 50' tree fall across our entire yard, smashing four mature cactus as it fell during a storm. Even though they had several calls that day from other storm victims, they still came out within an hour of my call. I had four other proposals and they had the best price. They were able to come back that same day, thankfully, as the tree was laying on the driveway. We were impressed with the professionalism the crew showed. Had a big tree and a lot of roots in our back yard. Call Tree Doctors and after a slight timing snafu on a estimate I got them scheduled to come out and remove it. We did have to wait almost 4 weeks for them to come out but they did a professional job and cleaned up everything very nice. I would recommend them.

I had Tree Doctors come out and look at an overgrown Chilean mesquite which was overgrown with a split trunk. It had gotten so big I was afraid it would break and damage the house or our neighbor's property.
The crew did a great job of eliminating the split and balancing the tree. It looks great and safe. I watched as the crew did the work and felt like everything they did was to protect my property and themselves. Where I work everything we do is "Safety First" and the Tree Doctor crew practiced that at all times. Thanks to everyone involved.

By far the best tree service we have ever used. They are not just a fast, cheap trim. They actually have arborist on staff that help you make educated decisions about your trees. We have a beautiful, large and twisty mesquite on our property that is a challenge. It's like a sculpture. They have thinned and trimmed the canopy to keep the tree healthy and from splitting or toppling over. Hard workers and very meticulous clean up afterwards.

Despite everything else through this whole process when the owner saw my previous review about the insurance company only paying a deprecated cost he was very upset as that was the first he learn of it. He has paid the difference and paid bank fees so I am not longer out of pocket on patching the roof. Thank you for stepping up to do what was right regarding the payment differential from the insurance company and taking care of the fees.
