I had them replace my roof, they had to replace some of the wood underneath too. Sealed up any joints that could leak. They took a day and a half and seemed thorough. It looks very nice and the crew did a good job cleaning up afterward, only a few small pieces of plastic which I grabbed up before the wind carried them off. Seth is a busy guy but is nice to talk to when he has some spare time. No problems with the roof at the time of this posting.

Seth and his team were excellent to work with,and I would highly recommend them to everyone. They did great work on a rough job, were super professional, cleaned up well, and went above and beyond in dealing with my insurance. An added bonus,is I was able to deal with the entire process via text/email, which was great with my busy schedule. 👍🏻👍🏻

We had part of our roof looked damaged in the spring. Seth walked the roof, gave us a couple of options for repair, did the work when he said he would and charged us what he said he would (which we felt was a fair price).
Previously we thought we'd needed roof work at another property we own and one of Seth's guys came out and determined it was out attic AC unit, not a problem with the roof. Another roofing company in town tried to sell us roof work we didn't need.
We've been VERY happy with Seth Molen for our roofing. He's definitely our "go to" guy.

The Business Manager for the company dodges calls when there are any issues. Their product is under warranty, but they don't own up to any issues they have caused. Just over 7 months after having a roof replaced, I noticed an issue. I have now spent months trying to get the problem addressed. They are great when you are in the beginning steps, but their warranty is only worth the paper its printed on!
