STAY CLEAR AT ALL COSTS DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The carrier who was assigned to my move was absolutely horrific. My furniture was damaged and not properly assembled. They tried to overcharge my delivery and were extremely rude. Customer service was incompetent and yelled at me over the phone stating that she's good at her job and that there's nothing the company can do with issuing a partial reimbursement. Worst moving experience I've ever encountered. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY AWAY

Avoid this company at all costs. Complete scammers and no customer service. Rent a uhaul, it will be cheaper. Quoted a price by “Kyle” who conveniently disappeared when movers showed up and price ended up being $1800 more. Then movers tried to charge me $500 extra to take anything off truck. When things arrived, every single plastic tote I had my things in was broken, along with some of my things. Company is very disorganized, complete scam, and not worth any of the money I spent. Which in total was $3400 and I couldn’t even take everything. I’m still getting calls saying my first available

DO NOT BELIEVE the 5-Star reviews you see. They are obviously fake and procured by the company to up their rating. Really sleezy and unethical thing to do not to mention dumb when you see that each review is basically the same sentence and on the same date. As someone who utilized All-American Moving and Storage out of Hollywood, Florida I can tell you in details about our experience.
