Graduate of University of Washington's Architecture school. Habitat for Humanity: led groups of volunteers building wood framed single family homes. Bumi Design, created in 2009. Residential design for projects ranging in scale from 200 to 3,000 square feet. 10-12 projects per year, ranging in size and complexity: kitchens, bathrooms, house lifts, additions & new construction.
Over 40 projects designed & construction completed since 2009. Good working relationship with the Seattle building department. Bumi Design is on the preferred applicant list as a CPA (Consistently Prepared Applicant). Our rating is 100% which means we can get projects in the queue for reviews earlier than the general population.
