Had new water heater put in. Service was good but the billing wasn't fair in my eyes. They charged us for two service calls. I called them and asked them about it and the lady said you had two guys there so your charged for two service calls. I said wow really no one else does that. I said thank you I will never use you guy's again she said ok.

I only write reviews when disappointed or impressed. I am impressed beyond belief with the work that was done and the response time. Anyone that has a sewer back up understands time is important and these guys are the ones to call. Other important thing was the leg work done by Scott to save me money was again really impressive and I even called to thank both him and his staff on a job well done. Hopefully I will never need them again but if I do I will call them in a heartbeat.
