Cabinet Saver
The Cabinet Condom was born out of necessity. We were struggling as a company to handle the carrying costs, so to save the money I decided to start installing all of our kitchens. Over the course of 2 years I installed nearly 100. Every kitchen we went to demo had water damage under the kitchen sink and by 'every' I mean 100%.

When the new cabinets were put in I thought I would buy cabinet liners to protect against future water damage. I didn't just want a flat tray; I wanted something to force the water forward so it could be easily identified. After calls to Ferguson, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. The Cabinet Condom has a number of unique features that are currently not available in any existing product.

The Cabinet Condom is mechanically engineered with a "flow- forward" design that directs all water from leaks to the front of the tray. Other trays are either flat or channel the water forward to run out on the floor in front of the cabinet. Neither of those methods prevents damage.
Services
Wipe base of cabinet to remove any dirt or liquid from previous leaks or cleaning product spills. Simply slide Cabinet Condom in making sure the collection tray is at the front of the cabinet (Fig. 1). Turn Cabinet Condom on back edge so you are looking at the bottom with front edge up (Fig. 1). Push the bottom towards the back of the cabinet to finish installation.
A: The Cabinet Condom is designed to fit any 36 or larger sink base. All kitchen cabinets have a standard depth, so the only measurement you need to take is inside the cabinet from left to right. Q: Can I replace the battery in my water sensor? A: No. Sensor battery has a 3 year life depending on how many times it has been activated.
The Cabinet Condom is a watertight tray designed to protect your kitchen sink base cabinet, from plumbing and cleaning product leaks and spills. Cabinet Condom is engineered with flow-forward technology which channels all water to the front of the tray for easy detection. Cabinet Condom is flexible enough for easy installation but rigid enough to support all of your cleaning products.
Protect your home from water damage with the Flood BuzzTM Small anti-leak water detector. Place in your Cabinet Condom or near water heaters, ice-maker lines, etc. Contact of water activates a 95dB alarm. There are no buttons to push, no programming to worry about, and no batteries to buy. Flood BuzzTM alarms are good for 3 years.
