They put together my Passat after I took it apart to change my head gasket and they said it wasn't the head it was the oil cooler gasket but never fixed the problem they said it was so now I took it home and it broke down on me and I had to tow it to the another vw shop for them to fix whatever problem is going on with my car after charging 1500 and they broke my trunk, replaced a battery which was fine when I took it in plus it took them a month and a half to do this !

Went in due to check engine light coming on, Hannah was able to get it diagnosed. I enjoy working with Hannah. She is always polite and understanding of the situation. After Hannah gave me quotes for repairs, Ron, one of the floor supervisors was able to get me into a newer car. It was honestly unexpected, since I wasn't looking. Didn't think that I would be able to trade my old car in. I love the service here all the way around. This is probably the best volkswagen dealership I've visited. Hope to continue to do great business.

I called the day before and talked with service center to ensure I could get my 10,000 service inspection to include oil change and tires rotated; they confirmed they could. I asked about time to complete due to traveling to Houston, I was told 45 minutes. After 1 hour and 10 minutes I was told my car was being washed. After 1 hour 30 minutes I asked about car being ready and they said another car got put ahead of mine and had not been washed. I asked for my car and left without being washed after one and half hours!
Let’s say I was very disappointed, especially knowing service had everything
