We were so happy with Neil’s design for our home renovation. He maximized the space we had and really listened to what we wanted. Neil understood our aesthetic and helped us select materials and finishes that fit our taste and budget.

Neil Schwarz of TNB Architecture exceeded my highest expectations during all phases of a complete renovation of a 1925 sixth floor walkup apartment in the East Village. He provided solid advice and recommendations with several floor plans and options to choose from. He also offered advice on fixtures and finishes. His services were affordable and worth every penny.
During the most challenging moments in the renovation, Neil remained calm, providing solutions to the most daunting of problems we encountered from navigating solutions for the coop board to dealing with gas and electric issues.
