We were not even looking to get a Chevy, but Jeff had taken such great care of us before we gave him another opportunity. We were not disappointed and decided to get a new Blazer! Each time we have come to Victory Lane we have been treated with respect and kindness. I wish more dealerships were that way. Nothing is more frustrating than having the manager or sales person look right past you to your husband! Well, not at Victory Lane, thank you for the awesome customer service. You guys rock!

We had another great experience at Victory Layne Chevy! We drove our 2016 Suburban down from Wisconsin for the holidays, and in Florida, our A/C went out. Victory Layne was booked for the week but still got our vehicle in the day after I called in for service, and they repaired the vehicle, exceeding our satisfaction. We needed the A/C working for our 24 hour ride home, and I am very grateful that Victory Layne could get us in on short notice and resolve our issue. Very, very happy and satisfied with the service and customer support at Victory Layne!!!

Did not rotate tires. That's what I was there for. Oil change & tire rotation. Didn't check air in tires. Other times the tires are equally inflated. I just went to get my oil changed here cause I thought these people was reputable.and not to rip people off but I was wrong . I've been going for years and now not sure if I ever want to go back. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation . They came out told me my car was done and told me I needed front brake pads n rotors. Which I no they are definitely wrong cause I just replaced them the week before my oil change

The BEST car shopping experience I've ever had! I was out of the dealership within 1.5 hours with my new car. I have been car shopping since February and have been to many dealerships in the South Florida area with no luck- either bad customer service or crazy prices. We came in and Jenny took care of us. She was friendly, kind and straightforward. Jason gave us a fair price and helped us with financing. My partner and I raved about how amazing the customer service was the whole drive home. I don't usually write reviews, but after so many terrible experiences at dealerships- this one deserves 5
