I called Lutz Locksmith Co to have a few locks looked at (smart locks- the batteries had gone flat) and a deadbolt replaced on our lanai.
The technician really knew his job inside and out, was super professional and didn't leave til every detail was completed to his liking. He made spare keys for me, on the spot!
He will be working up a quote for a new front door lock for us and I'm sure we'll have the work done by them.
Definitely a 5-star experience!

Let me start off by saying that the rep the company sent was great and opened the lock within in seconds.
Our issue is with the company. After my wife locked her keys in the car, she found Lutz Locksmith Co online. Their website http://www.lutzlocksmithco.com/cuopon-.html states the service call fee at $19 and the car locked out fee starting at $25. When she called the company she was then given a quote of $75. When she asked why, she was told that the pricing depended on the type of car.
Then when the tech showed up he confirmed the fee with the company in which the fee now had increased

Actual tech to open car was great but this company is an absolute RIP OFF. According to THEIR website service fee is $19 and unlock fee is $25 and can increase if difficult. Took two seconds to open and tried to charge us $80. The technician doesn't even work for the company. He had to drive from Tampa up to Lutz. Basically they contract out to third parties. It's an absolute bait and switch and we will be reporting to numerous outlets including the BBB and state licensure if needed.
