This is the best dealership in the state of Texas, from top to bottom the friendliest and most helpful staff i have ever dealt with. Josue the salesmen is who i would got too if you are in the market for a vehicle. I could honestly talk just about him and how good he is, but honestly its the whole team that makes velocity Mazda so great.

The buying experience was great. Getting it fixed and getting ahold of someone— not so great. Took several calls and having to speak with different people to get my car up there and get fixed. Not to mention whoever my boyfriend just spoke to on the phone, letting them know he’s been trying to speak with someone again, to get my car back treated him terribly. Wanted to trade in for a new Mazda but will be going elsewhere to get it.

Just bought a vehicle from Velocity Mazda. My first time buying a Mazda. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! Katie is amazing and was very honest with me! She was not pushy like I have dealt with in the past which was a nice breath of fresh air. Every staff member I encountered during this process was super nice and welcoming. I bought a car right out of college at Velocity Mazda (almost 7 years ago). It was an awesome experience; they say everything flows from the top down, and Camden (the owner) is a fantastic leader: simultaneously professional and personal. Anyway, almost 7 years later I have zero regrets about it.
As a side note, this place has the fastest guest wifi in Tyler. I like getting my car service done here because of it.

Call and ask for "V" (Viridiana). She provides top notch and incredibly friendly customer service. No matter what you're shopping for, give her a call and see what she can find for you. I happened to be on the market for a specific GMC Yukon XL (notably not a Mazda). I live 4+ hours from this dealership and found the GMC online at Velocity Mazda on a Thursday afternoon. I didn't buy a car from here but my boyfriend did and I experienced most of the process. Our product specialist (I think that was her job title) was Katy Tidwell, an absolute DOLL!!! I literally can't brag on her enough, she made everything so easy and intentionally struck up delightful conversation through the whole thing. I was searching for a very specific Mazda and very few places carried the one I wanted. My father found exactly what I wanted at Velocity Mazda. We traveled 2 hours to test drive a car but it was well worth the travel. Everyone at this dealership was polite, professional and courteous. We were able to get the car I wanted at a great price and no hassle. They helped me set my car up with the settings and took their time teaching me how to use all of the features. (Definitely 2 STARS: Meh, I've Experienced Better) First time at this place since I arrived three weeks ago. Since I have had my car for two years, I have been to at least 6 other dealerships in different states so feel I am pretty versed on service, wait times, lender cars (if any), and operations etc.... The Situation: I spoke to Craig on the phone and requested if I could have an update my GPS as the map is outdated and needs updating. I was told the updating would take two hours. Over all, Great experienced shopping @ Velocity Mazda! One if the best car dealership I have been to.
Only problem I'm facing. not sure if its manufacturer's error when build this vehicle or what....but Im already having to come in for checkup because of MULTIPLE ISSUES my car having, one after another..
And it's only 14 months old with just 10k millage.
I mean, if I want to get my car fix every couple of months, why would I spent 28,000 on a new
