They clean very superficial not really a good job, they will spend at the most 2 hours and my house is 1400 sf no way they can do a good job in that time , they are lazy and complicated to deal with as they don't want you to tell them what to do, if fact they will only take orders from the person who sends them even if you have them at your home in that particular moment, they are liars to their so called boss, it is either their way or no way, also they take pictures and video of you home without your permission which makes me concern of the use of that material, violating the privacy right

I have been working with Rosa and her team for several years now for regular cleaning visits, and they are real life savers for my home. Rosa's team is extremely detailed. Even after several years working with them I keep finding new spots they thought to clean (oven vent filters, every tchotchke on every shelf, bathroom ceiling, etc.). Rosa is very professional and accommodating of our schedules. Truly grateful to have found this team and to have their support.

Wish ZERO stars was an option. EXTREMELY overpriced. Cannot even believe it. I was excited to use them, but I was met with a $600 estimate for a well kept house, and only requesting 1/2 of it to be cleaned (1 bedroom, 3 bathrooms and the kitchen). I've used other housekeepers over the years and NEVER in my life paid over $200 (for a deep cleaning and even then that was for the entire 3,000sq feet!) It was SHOCKING
And Ana was rude, it took quite a bit of back and forth before I even got a price. And when I told her $600 was absurd she respond "ok..."

I decided to give this business 5 stars because they did an amazing job making a place that didn't feel livable feel somewhat livable. This is the first cleaning this house has had in God knows how long so it will take more cleanings to get to that level that I am really happy with. Overall these women did an amazing job and I would recommend them highly. Also I appreciate how attentive the staff is to dissatisfied customers and it feels good to be heard. Thank you!

Ana's did a move out cleaning of a two bedroom apartment that we rent and just the kitchen in another of our units. Rosa was responsive and easy to communicate with and the cleaners did a good job. The price was very reasonable and the staff has a good system of checking in with Rosa with photos when there's any question of price based on the condition of the unit or an add-on to be cleaned once they arrive. They're a functional and efficient outfit, easy to work with.

Very disappointed with Ana's to do a move in/ move out cleaning. Estimated time was 4-7 hours and the 2 ladies left just after 3 hours of cleaning (I thought this was because they were efficient but I was wrong). I had to point out several obvious areas (cobwebs, vents, etc.) that they missed before they left. I later discovered that other areas that were missed throughout the house. Definitely lacking attention to details.

Easy and straightforward communication with Rosa via text, and they were able to accommodate a move-out cleaning of our apartment with only a couple days notice. The 3-woman cleaning crew arrived with all necessary supplies and equipment and wore masks, which I appreciated. They brought our dusty, dirty apartment back to sparkling and we got our full deposit back. They cleaned everything, including inside cabinets, the oven, fridge, closets, grout... This was the best $$ I have spent in a long time - to not have to clean after the herculean effort of moving?? #worthit.

I don't think our condo was the worst ever, but it was really really grimy from 8 years of roommates, dogs, lots of cooking, painting and drawing in the living room, and I love clean but I am messy! It took these lovely people extra time ( without extra charge ) for an initial deep cleaning and now, even the knobs on the stove sparkle. Very professional, friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I loved that Rosa kept in touch by text, to make sure everything went smoothly. We signed up for regular cleaning, before they even left!!

Our renovation is project almost done, so we finally moved back to our house, but we wanted to make sure that the house we rented gets returned to the owners in a great condition. After doing some research, I settled on Ana's Detailed House Cleaning for the job, and I couldn't be happier. Two ladies cleaned every corner of the house to perfection in two hours - I'm talking about the gas stove, bathtub - everything.
I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Got a deep cleaning from Rosa's team- they were thorough and did a great job! The only hiccup was that Rosa had quoted me the regular cleaning price estimate ($170) rather than the deep cleaning price ($295), but it still came in under the estimate of the other place I checked (Spectacular Housekeeping), so it was just a good deal rather than a great one.
I plan to hire them again in a few months!
