QRS Remodeling is a full-service owner-operated construction firm with our own crew of skilled tradesmen serving the East and South Bay Area. We will take care of every step of your renovation project, from the initial planning through building approvals, purchasing, construction, installation and project completion.
We perform demolition and installation to all kinds of flooring materials such as Tiles, Laminate, Engineered, Hardwood, and of course Carpet. We cover everything, literally. By everything we mean: Removing old paint, Full surface preparation prior to performing the job from caulking, puttying, filling holes and repairing cracks to protecting furnishings and flooring from splatter and dust.
When you hire our team for your home remodeling project you will receive various types of assistance. From preparation of drawing, planning, budgeting, city permits to selecting your finish materials and passing final city inspections. We will walk side by side and provide guidance throughout the entire remodeling process.
