I was really fortunate to find Desmond Rogers and his company, City Steam. He worked with me to find a time that worked around my crazy schedule. He showed up promptly. I had my carpets "deep cleaned" using his method. (Believe me, after not having them cleaned last year, they were ready for a thorough cleaning!) The cost was very reasonable compared to other carpet cleaning services. I like doing business with local companies and City Steam did not disappoint. I highly recommend Desmond and City Steam.

Needed to have living room carpet cleaned prior to receiving new furniture. Demond was very accommodating and said he would be there the next day....I was impressed. He was on time, got right to work.....That carpet looked amazing. Didn't notice the time...but he got the job done in about an hour. Very pleased and will be having him back to do the other carpets.

Demond did a total clean of a furnished rental apartment after our guests had had a dog stay with them. He did all our rugs including a gorgeous thick hand woven rug, he did upholstery including couch and chairs and he did our tile! It was all amazing and future tenants will not be bothered by pet hair or odors it was good as new! His tile work was stunning! Our bathroom has never looked so clean with sparking white tiles!
